Andrew Jackson Jr. departed this earthly life on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Genesis Nursing Home in Wyncote, PA. He was the son of the late Andrew Jackson Sr. and Mildred C. Hall Jackson. He was educated at Andrew Jackson High School in Jamaica Queens, New York. He retired from Power Produce. He was baptized as an adult in Queens, New York. He lived in St. Albans, New York and was a member of the Baptist Church of Truth. He relocated to Pennsylvania where he taught Sunday School at Genesis Nursing Home and worked and mentored children. He leaves to cherish precious memories: his stepmom, Andora Jackson; three siblings: Ronnie (Gloria Martin) Jackson, Carolyn Henry, Shirley Middleton; nephews: Troy Jackson, Shaun Henry, Jamal Middleton, Jemere Jones, David Dusseau, Lance Williams, Keron Williams, Jonas Moise; nieces: Kimmy Middleton, Netta Johnson, Shanna Howe, Yvette Jackson, Crystal Middleton, Pearl Middleton, Janette Dusseau, Ziyanie Dorneus, Symphonie Reyes and a host of great nieces, nephews, family and friends; cousins: Alton Herbert, Cynthia Herbert, Dee Herbert, Sheila Herbert, Vicky Herbert, Dwayne Davis; sisters: Carla Davis, Carol Washington, Barbara (Melvin) Jones, Eileen Davison’s brother in law, Larry Middleton. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by the late Linda Walker, late Diane Jackson, Deborah Cunningham and Tasha Davis. He was loved by all he came in contact with. He is one that will be greatly missed in the church, community and Genesis Nursing Home.
