Lonnie Dee Moton, 68, born in Dundee, Florida, died on Friday, August 7, 2020 at the Carlisle Hospital in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Lonnie was a quiet man who enjoyed jazz and R&B music, traveling, fishing, classic cars, football, sudoku puzzles and movies. He collected books and vinyl albums and was a fan of the Washington football team.
Lonnie worked for many years at TB Woods & Sons Co. and was last employed at Fry Communications in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
Lonnie was preceded in death by his parents, Berry Jr. and Willie Mae (Westbrook), sibling Bonnie “Bunny” Atkins and his grandson Foster Wyant.
He is survived by a daughter, Lenore (Trevor) Wyant, granddaughter Gabrielle, stepdaughters Francine and Justina; and siblings Horace, Albert, David, Beatrice Meeks and Claire Glanton; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
