Anne C. Miller

Anne Coble Miller was called home by Lord on December 11, 2021; two days before her 86th birthday. She is preceded in death by her parents, David S. Coble and Edith Kanuff Coble. Anne is survived by her four children, Barbara MacDonald(Herbert) of Texas, Elizabeth Nutter(Daryl) , Bryan D. Miller, both of Chambersburg, and Bradley S. Miller of Philadelphia. Also two granddaughters, Megan Hodge (Justin) and Meredith Smith (Jeffory) both of Texas and six great-grandchildren: Elijah, Madelynn, Coble, Beau, Lee, and Ty. She was a 1953 graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School. She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ. She also belonged to the Salvation Army Axillary and AARP. Anne was known for her chocolate cake and her fabulous cooking. She prided herself in her flower arrangements and centerpieces which she made for anyone who asked her. Anne had a passion for crafts and loved to create. She could see value in all kinds of things and create beautiful objects from them. She loved her hometown of Chambersburg. She was greatly distraught to see so many historical buildings torn down. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Services will be held at 12:00 pm on December 20, 2021 at Sellers Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Coble Cemetery.
