Connie R. (Patterson) Weikel, 61, of Chambersburg passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at the Falling Spring Nursing Home. She was born September 23, 1957 in Chambersburg, the daughter of the late Ray N. Patterson and Shirley J. (Foreman) Fogelsanger. She worked at Citicorp as a Customer Service/Fraud Prevention Representative for many years. She had a great love and passion for animals, which she made well known, cherishing the many pets that she opened her heart and home to over the years. When not spending time with her family and pets, she enjoyed collecting teddy bears, hand bags and spending her spare time yard saling and chasing her dreams of financial freedom. She is survived by her children Kendy Roberts (husband Nathan), Christopher Short (wife Amanda), Amy Gsell (husband Trapper), Megan Short, sister Robin Rosenberry, brother Michael Patterson, grandchildren Lisa, Samantha, Cortlyn, Sally, Lynlee, Klayton, Brandon, Colby and one great grandson Brantley. Services will be private.
