    Mr. I. Paul Dietrich, Jr.

    December 14, 1947 - January 23, 2022

    Mr. I. Paul Dietrich, Jr., 74.of Fort Loudon, died Sunday, January 23, 2022, at UPMC West Shore, Mechanicsburg. He was the husband of Judith Ann Heckman Dietrich, his wife of 47 years. Born December 14, 1947, in Chambersburg, he was the son of the late Ivan Paul Sr., and Margaret Lorraine Faith Dietrich. He was a 1967 graduate of James Buchanan High School. Paul was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War. He was an over the road trucker for 46 years. For the last 27 years he contacted with Norco Trucking Corporation of Saginaw, Texas. Paul was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Fort Loudon. He enjoyed following Nascar, hunting; and watching WWE Wrestling. Besides his wife, Paul is survived by his children Lori Wise Kylor of Chambersburg, and Michael Paul Dietrich and his fiancée, who Paul considered a daughter, Melanie Haller, both of Fort Loudon; his grandchildren Kaitlynn, Caleb and Addison; and two nephews and a niece. The family will receive friends at William F. Sellers Funeral Home, 297 Philadelphia Avenue, Chambersburg, on Saturday, January 29, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Sunday, January 30, at 1:00 PM, with Rev. E, Loy Garber officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Grove Cemetery, Lemasters.
