Samuel C. Goebel, 80, of Littleton, Pa.passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the Chambersburg Hospital. He was born June 10, 1937 in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania the son of the late William and Nora (Seibert) Goebels. He was a member Of Trinity United Church of Christ in Mercersburg and worked as a part time janitor for OSI. He enjoyed volunteering at the Salvation Army. A graveside service will be held at 10 AM at the William F. Sellers Funeral Home, 297 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201. The Rev. James Hughes will be officiating. There will be a visitation for a half hour prior to the service. Burial in Fairview Cemetery will be private.
